Logixs raises €2 million to lead generative and agentic AI in Spain and Europe

Madrid, March 12, 2026. At Logixs, we closed a €2 million funding round to accelerate our expansion in Spain and Europe and consolidate our position as the leading company in generative and agentic AI for businesses. This transaction, as highlighted by El Español, takes our agentic AI solutions "to the next level."

A top-tier investment group

The most striking aspect of this funding round isn't just the amount, but who's behind it. Participants include José Antonio Álvarez, former CEO and current vice president of Banco Santander; Christian Gardiner, former CEO of SAS and senior advisor at PwC; Jorge Navea, former CEO of Astara and president of Al-Futtaim; Antonio Serrano Acitores, professor at MIT and URJC; and Zigor Maritxalar, founder of Grupo Implika, as well as a private equity investor. Business Insider headlined the story precisely because of the entry of these VIPs into the capital.

"This funding round reflects the confidence placed in Logixs. In less than two months, we had already secured the investors for this new phase. Having such a brilliant group on board will allow us to accelerate significantly thanks to their experience and connections," says Francisco Moreno Balboa, CEO and founder of Logixs. "Our goal is ambitious: to double our revenue this year and next, and to become the leading company in generative and agentic AI for businesses in Spain and Europe."

"We are delighted and excited by the success of the funding round, supporting a founding team where talent and experience are key differentiators. Logixs is already helping the market scale to the full power of AI," adds Christian Gardiner.

Where will we allocate the investment? AI Accelerators and European expansion

The capital will be primarily allocated to the development of AI Accelerators: pre-configured generative AI solutions for specific sectors, based on frameworks and pre-trained agents, which drastically reduce implementation times and allow any company to adopt generative AI without prior internal experience.

Furthermore, we will accelerate our consolidation in Spain and expansion in Europe, where opportunities are already materializing in key markets such as France, driven by the experience of our international board.

Media coverage

The news received extensive coverage in the business and technology press. Among others, Expansión, Cinco Días, Forbes, Europa Press, Emprendedores, El Referente, and El Economista (print edition) reported on it. This coverage confirms the market's confidence in our model: implementing generative AI with a real and measurable impact on business operations.
