  2. Processing of data collected through the contact form

    1. Purpose

The purpose of the processing is to manage communications and enquiries received through the website's contact form.

    2. Categories of data processed

Identification and contact data (name, email address) and the content of the message sent.

    3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of Logixs in attending to and responding to enquiries and communications received through its web contact channels (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), provided the content of the communication does not give rise to a contractual relationship, in which case the applicable basis will be the performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

    4. Retention period

Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to address the enquiry and, once resolved, for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be securely deleted.

    5. Recipients and processors

Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Data may be processed by service providers acting as data processors for Logixs — in particular, the corporate email and office tools provider (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, acting as data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR) — with no international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area taking place in any case.

  3. Processing of data collected through the job application form

    1. Purpose

The purpose of the processing is to evaluate the application submitted for inclusion in an active recruitment process at Design And Development Mobile Technologies, S.L.

    2. Categories of data processed

Identification and contact data (name, email address, phone number) and CV data (professional experience, academic background, competencies).

    3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). By submitting the form, the applicant expressly requests that their application be evaluated, which constitutes the pre-contractual measure subject to processing.

    4. Retention period

The applicant's data will be retained for the duration of the active recruitment process. If the applicant is not selected, data will be retained for a maximum of one year from receipt, after which it will be securely deleted.

    5. Retention for future vacancies

If the applicant wishes their application to be considered for future recruitment processes after the indicated period has elapsed, they may give their explicit consent via the checkbox provided in the form for this purpose. Such consent is voluntary, independent of the active process, and may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to security@logixsdigital.com.

The legal basis for this additional processing is the consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Data of applicants who have given consent for future vacancies will be retained for a maximum of 18 months from the date of consent, unless the applicant withdraws it earlier, in which case the data will be securely deleted as soon as possible. The 18-month period reflects the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency in accordance with the storage limitation principle under Article 5.1.e GDPR.

    6. Recipients and processors

Data will not be shared with third parties. Should Logixs use external recruitment platforms, the applicant will be informed at the time their data is collected.

Logixs operates its processing on cloud infrastructure configured for storage in European Economic Area regions. No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are made in the context of the processing described in this policy.
