Design And Development Mobile Technologies, S.L. (hereinafter, Logixs) promotes a responsible, secure and transparent use of artificial intelligence, aimed at creating value for the organisation and its stakeholders, while respecting people's rights and the applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
This commitment is embedded in the development, acquisition, integration, use and governance of the solutions and services involving artificial intelligence systems or technologies, proportionately considering their purpose, context, risks and impacts.
It also accompanies artificial intelligence systems throughout the different stages of their life cycle, from their identification and assessment to their use, monitoring, evolution and, where appropriate, retirement, and involves the people, collaborators, suppliers and other third parties taking part in these activities.
In this way, Logixs seeks to ensure that artificial intelligence is used consistently with the principles of accountability, security, transparency, protection of people and compliance, giving due consideration to the responsibilities associated with each system, solution or service.
Logixs bases its governance of artificial intelligence on the principles of lawfulness, accountability, proportionality, transparency, security, privacy, fairness, human oversight and traceability.
AI systems shall be used for legitimate and defined purposes, taking into account their context of application, their capabilities and limitations, and the potential risks and impacts arising from their use.
The organisation will strive to ensure that the use of artificial intelligence respects people's rights and avoids unjustifiably discriminatory outcomes. Where necessary, human oversight mechanisms will be established that are appropriate to the nature, purpose, impact and risk level of the system.
Likewise, Logixs will promote that relevant decisions and actions related to artificial intelligence can be identified, justified and traced.
Logixs integrates the management of the risks and impacts associated with artificial intelligence into its management framework.
Before using or putting AI systems into service, aspects such as their purpose, context of use, potentially affected people, data processed, degree of autonomy, foreseeable consequences, security, privacy, fairness, transparency, third-party dependencies and legal or contractual requirements will be considered, where applicable.
The nature and level of control measures will be determined in proportion to the characteristics, risks and impacts of each system.
Where the assessments carried out identify the need for additional measures, Logixs may establish usage restrictions, oversight mechanisms, specific controls, conditions for putting the system into service or, where necessary, limit or withdraw the system.
Artificial intelligence may be used as a support tool for activities such as information analysis, content generation, solution development, task automation, process improvement and service delivery, provided that its use is appropriate and authorised.
AI-generated outputs will not automatically be considered correct or appropriate. Where they may influence decisions, people, clients, services, information or relevant outcomes, they shall be subject to the level of review and oversight that corresponds to their context and risk.
The use of AI systems does not remove the responsibility of the people and functions in charge of reviewing, approving or using their outputs.
Logixs will also apply appropriate criteria to protect the information used in these systems, preventing the unauthorised processing of personal data, confidential information, restricted information, trade secrets, client information or other protected assets.
Logixs considers transparency an essential element of the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Where applicable, appropriate information will be provided on the use of AI systems, their purpose, capabilities, limitations or the involvement of artificial intelligence in certain processes or services.
The processing of data by means of AI systems will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection and privacy requirements, taking into account the principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation and security.
AI systems will be subject to the security measures appropriate to their nature, context and risk level, considering aspects such as protection against unauthorised access, errors, vulnerabilities, manipulation, loss of information and other foreseeable misuse.
Logixs recognises that the use of artificial intelligence technologies may involve the participation of external suppliers, platforms and services. For this reason, the organisation promotes their responsible selection and use, taking into account the nature of the service, the information processed, the potential risks and the impact they may have on people and on the organisation itself.
Relationships with third parties providing artificial intelligence technologies or services shall be conducted under criteria of security, privacy, confidentiality, transparency and compliance, seeking to ensure that the conditions of use and the responsibilities of the parties are properly defined.
Within its scope of responsibility, Logixs will ensure adequate oversight of technological dependencies related to artificial intelligence and will manage changes that may affect the security, trust or responsible use of these solutions.
Logixs promotes the use of artificial intelligence in a responsible, secure and people-respecting manner, avoiding applications or practices that may cause unjustified harm, infringe rights or breach the applicable legal, contractual or security requirements.
The organisation does not contemplate the use of artificial intelligence systems to discriminate against, manipulate, deceive or unjustifiably harm people or groups, nor to process protected information where there are no adequate conditions to guarantee its security, confidentiality and legitimate use.
Before using or putting into service artificial intelligence solutions that may have a relevant impact on people, services or stakeholders, Logixs will seek to ensure that their purpose, risks, impacts, responsibilities and oversight mechanisms have been adequately considered.
Likewise, where the nature of the service or the applicable requirements call for disclosing the use of artificial intelligence, Logixs will favour clear and transparent communication, preventing people from being misled about the use of these technologies or their involvement in the outcomes.
Logixs integrates the responsible use of artificial intelligence into its governance framework and management systems, seeking to ensure that AI solutions are identified, assessed and monitored in proportion to their purpose, context, risks and impacts throughout the relevant stages of their life cycle.
The organisation maintains monitoring and review mechanisms that make it possible to follow the evolution of artificial intelligence systems and to assess changes that may affect their operation, purpose, suppliers, information processed, risks or impacts on people and other stakeholders.
The results of this monitoring, together with the corresponding assessments, audits, incidents, nonconformities and reviews, may lead to the updating of criteria and controls, the adoption of improvement measures or any other action necessary to maintain a responsible and appropriate use of artificial intelligence.
This commitment is part of the way Logixs develops and delivers its services and is subject to continual improvement, taking into account the evolution of technologies, the needs of stakeholders, the context of the organisation and the applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
The approach adopted by Logixs is developed consistently with its management framework and takes as references, in the areas where applicable, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 22989, ISO/IEC 23894, ISO/IEC 42005, ISO/IEC 38500, ISO/IEC 38507 and Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, together with any other applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
