Logixs, in the top of AI companies in Spain. Read the interview about us in El Mundo

Madrid. "If you want the best AI, don't rack your brains: commission it." That's how El Mundo titled the feature it devoted to Logixs (in Spanish) in its business section — a portrait of our tech boutique model that explains, better than any sales pitch, why companies of every size trust us with the challenge of designing their artificial intelligence.
The thesis Francisco Moreno Balboa, our CEO and founder, defends in the piece breaks with the very Spanish "I'll handle everything myself" mindset. A founding team only needs the bare essentials to get going —a CEO, a commercial lead and an AI director— and can delegate the rest. "In Silicon Valley, venture capital funds are increasingly looking for that minimalist scheme. It's about protecting a small core team that doesn't get weighed down by costs or penalised by failures and maintenance," Francisco explains in the article. In recent years we've worked this way with growth-stage startups that entrust us with the full implementation of their technology.
As El Mundo notes, that differentiation comes from projects of real complexity. We were there when Santander set out to unify all its European applications into a single app, we supported Orange from minute zero when it decided to create its bank, and we took part in the Spanish Government's cultural voucher initiative — alongside clients such as Evo, Red.es, Komobi and REX.
There's one detail in the feature we're especially fond of recalling. Before ChatGPT shook everything up in November 2022, we had already immersed ourselves in generative AI. "It was obvious we were facing a revolution. Our AI department went from two people to thirty in barely 12 months," Francisco recounts. Today we work as partners of the big tech players —AWS and Google among them— and our lab lets us build digital twins and test how each LLM would perform in different contexts, so we can offer every client the models that best fit their project. "In Spain I see a lot of virtual assistants and a lot of prompting, but at Logixs we take a more engineering-driven approach — more about tuning the AI."
The feature reviews three projects that back up that approach. Carolina, our voice assistant, "so natural you can interrupt the conversation to ask a question without the AI losing the thread, and with barely any latency", connectable to any LLM. A 360 agent for car sales, built for a client present in 50 countries with more than 40 brands, able to adapt to every national regulation and local nuance. And a medical copilot based on Llama and adapted to healthcare, which transcribes the consultation and captures symptoms, history and treatments, offering suggestions to the professional — never issuing a diagnosis, because the judgement belongs to the doctor.
The interview also leaves the most quoted reflection of the piece. After interviewing more than 30 consultants whose answers all sounded identical because they'd prepared with ChatGPT, Francisco warns of the risk of "dumbing ourselves down at breakneck speed" if we delegate our thinking to AI. It's consistent with what we stand for in everything we build — AI as a multiplier of human judgement, never a substitute.
You can read the full feature in El Mundo (in Spanish). And if your company wants the best AI without racking its brains — you know what to do: commission it.
A specialised firm that builds tailor-made artificial intelligence solutions for third parties, allowing startups and corporations to keep a minimal structure and delegate technology development — as Logixs does.
The unification of Santander's European apps, supporting Orange in creating its bank, the Spanish Government's cultural voucher, the Carolina voice assistant and a Llama-based medical copilot.
According to the Logixs CEO, it protects a small core team without weighing it down with costs or penalising it for failures and maintenance — a scheme Silicon Valley venture capital funds increasingly seek.
