Key Success Factors

Efficient GenAI models

We use fine-tuned OpenAI and Llama 3 for conversations and documentation generation.

Efficient training

We use PyTorch and Transformers for the training and deployment of LLM models, supported by our own datasets, IoT information and scientific documents and papers.

Scalable infrastructure

We take advantage of Google VM Instances with GPUs to manage processing-intensive tasks, ensuring efficiency and optimization of operating costs.

Robust data protection

We implement advanced security measures to ensure data privacy and protection, safely integrating with CRM systems such as Salesforce and BigQuery.

Training and Demonstration

We train and show practical examples of use with GenAI, looking for use cases that fit and are useful for the client.

We identify and select specific use cases through the Design Thinking methodology, ensuring user-centered solutions.

PoC implementation
