SAP data and process management demands precision, traceability and speed. At Logixs, we address the challenge of democratizing SAP access for non-expert business users, eliminating the need for constant intervention from technical profiles or functional consultants.
We developed a multi-agent assistant powered by GenAI that allows any employee to interact with SAP through natural language and embedded intelligent dynamic forms. Through guided conversation, users can create, modify, extend or delete records in different domains, without needing to navigate SAP's traditional interface.
The solution performs live queries against SAP to validate data, autocomplete fields and apply client-specific business rules before executing any transaction, ensuring security and consistency. In addition to individual requests, the assistant processes Excel files with multiple records, interprets documents (invoices, delivery notes, bank certificates) thanks to multimodal capabilities, and manages automatic or human approvals as appropriate.
Challenges

- Data quality and normalization. Validate masters (materials, customers, suppliers) and transactional data with business rules, minimizing rejections and reprocessing.
