SAP data and process management demands precision, traceability and speed. At Logixs, we address the challenge of democratizing SAP access for non-expert business users, eliminating the need for constant intervention from technical profiles or functional consultants. We developed a multi-agent assistant powered by GenAI that allows any employee to interact with SAP through natural language and embedded intelligent dynamic forms. Through guided conversation, users can create, modify, extend or delete records in different domains, without needing to navigate SAP's traditional interface. The solution performs live queries against SAP to validate data, autocomplete fields and apply client-specific business rules before executing any transaction, ensuring security and consistency. In addition to individual requests, the assistant processes Excel files with multiple records, interprets documents (invoices, delivery notes, bank certificates) thanks to multimodal capabilities, and manages automatic or human approvals as appropriate.
Challenges
- Unify SAP complexity in natural language. Translate user conversational requests into reliable and auditable SAP operations.
- Data quality and normalization. Validate masters (materials, customers, suppliers) and transactional data with business rules, minimizing rejections and reprocessing.
- Massive processing with validations. Load Excel with hundreds of records, managing batch errors, retries and result reports.
- Multimodal interaction. Interpret documents and images to extract and cross-reference data with SAP in an agile and precise manner.
- Security, compliance and traceability. Respect permissions/roles, record every action and have complete flow auditing.
Key Success Factors
Orchestrated multi-agent architecture
We orchestrate specialized agents (intention interpreter, SAP record creation expert, SAP record editing expert, document analyst, etc.). Each agent assumes a clear role, with queues, timeouts and retry policies to ensure performance and reliability under load.
Data validation and business rules
We implement catalogs, dictionaries and cross-checks with SAP to ensure referential consistency. Prior validation prevents downstream errors and reduces the volume of incidents.
Applied multimodality and massive processing
We combine language, vision and file analysis: the assistant understands forms, interprets documents, generates action proposals and executes batches of changes/registrations with detailed reports per record.
Governance, security and native integration
SSO and role-based access control, complete activity logs, prompt versioning and privacy policies. Native integration with SAP and Microsoft 365 for secure and frictionless adoption.
